- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Oh my gosh. I will never do business with these people again. I got a car loan from them and they would not send me payment coupons or a statement in the mail. HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? Don't even think you can contact them on the phone. Nope, you will be on hold for 2 hours until your phone battery goes dead. YOU CAN NEVER REACH A LIVE PERSON BY PHONE. They are a poor excuse for financial services. Run, don't walk, away from this place.By Jane Doe, June 03, 2017
